Add a cash account to track cash payments and post invoices and receipts directly without reconciling against a bank transaction.
Publishing transactions to a cash account
When adding a bank account in BriefcaseOne, you can now choose to add a cash account that tracks cash payments.
Once created, you can post invoices and receipts directly to this cash account without needing to reconcile against a bank transaction.
Just select the cash account to post to and set a payment date.
This creates journals in the GL, hitting accounts payable as expected for any invoice.
