Autopilot for sales transactions

Autopilot now learns sales transaction patterns and auto-publishes when document legibility, extraction completeness, and historical consistency checks all pass.

Autopilot for sales transactions

Last year, we released Autopilot for cost transactions. Autopilot is a self-improving system that learns your team's publishing patterns from previously processed transactions. Once it has sufficient confidence in how similar transactions should be handled, it begins auto-publishing them using historically consistent data.

Autopilot verification checks for sales transactions

Three validation checks

Before auto-publishing, Autopilot runs three verification checks:

  1. Document legibility
  2. Completeness of data extraction
  3. Consistency with historical patterns

Only when all three checks pass will Briefcase auto-publish the transaction.

Now available for sales

We've extended this feature to sales transactions. Briefcase has started learning your sales transaction publishing patterns and will begin auto-publishing once it reaches the required confidence thresholds.
